Speedwork at track - 3 sets of 200,200,200,400 with equal recovery after each interval. Goal times were 0:55 for the 200s and 1:55 for the 400s. The heat was definitely a bit of a factor during the 400s - I needed the break and water when I got to it. Legs were dead by the time I was done. I had planned to run home as a cool-down, but decided to just walk instead.
