Ran around Point Defiance again. The rain started right at the halfway point. I almost just turned it into a 5 mile run instead, but it wasn't raining very hard and the park has a ton of tree cover, so I figured I wouldn't get that wet. As soon as I was committed to doing the full 8, it started pouring and I wound up soaked. Of course.
Knee felt just fine - no pain. Need to keep on top of rolling and stretching the IT band with the extra miles over the next few weeks.
