BT: Hill tempo. On a long, moderate uphill (about 4-6%) run 20 minutes steady at heart rate 3-4 zones. Relax. Listen to breathing. Good form!

Good run - I expected the uphill to be really tough, but it wasn't bad at all. Lowered speed as needed to keep HR in line, but the incline itself wasn't a huge challenge.
