Notes

Run to Point Defiance and back with 10x100. Could have (and probably should have) left the strides out, but it felt good to get the legs moving. Drastically underestimated my ability to run uphill and did a lot of walking, especially on the way back from the park. Despite that, was pleasantly surprised with how good the distance felt. Had this been on flat ground it would have been an amazing run.
