3 miles on the elliptical (34:56) followed by 1 on the treadmill (12:10).

Easing back into full-time running. The plan this week is to do 75% of the miles on the elliptical, 25% on the treadmill during the week. Weekend run will be outside on roads. (It won't so much be a long run this week, since it's sandwiched between half-marathon races.) Assuming everything feels OK, we'll bump it up to 50/50 next week. I"m all about getting back to the running outside ASAP because I still hate the treadmill.
