This was actually last week's long run that I never got to over the weekend because I was out of town and too busy sleeping. Getting it in today meant rearranging my schedule for the week in a way I am sure I will regret come Monday morning, but we'll see.
Rolling course for the run - felt surprisingly good all the way through given how much I didn't want to get out of bed this morning.
