MS: 100, 200, 300, 300, 200, 100; 20-30 sec rest in between
CD: 50 easy
Arms got SUPER tired, but kept on going. Pushed the pace on the last 100 just for fun. Felt really good in the water considering how long it's been since my last pool swim. Going to try and keep it up on a regular basis going forward.
