Notes

Moved up to a 10/1 run/walk interval this week! It's exciting, since I'm running for almost a mile at a time and the "run" intervals take big jumps up from here on out.

Tried to take it slow and easy since it was so hot out, but failed miserably until the last interval when I was pretty much cooked. Wished I'd taken water with me on the run, but I had plenty more in the car.

Ran right off the bike. Legs felt weird and I felt awful for the first mile or so, but after the first walk break I easily found my groove.
