Notes

Endurance (form) workout. Felt great for most of it, although seemed to be swallowing a lot of air which just got uncomfortable. Pace during main set seemed to be just over 2:00/100.

WU: 150 swim, 150 kick, 150 pull, 6x75 (25 R only, 25 L only, 25 distance per stroke)
