4/1 run/walk on hotel treadmill. Runs at 6.0, walks at 3.0 with 0.5 incline. Tried the incline at 1.0, but the knee complained a bit (and it felt way hard), so I took that down instead of taking the speed down. This run felt MUCH better than Tuesday's - not sure if it's because I was on a (flat) treadmill or if my knee's just getting used to it again. Hopefully it'll feel better tomorrow than it did on Wednesday.
