Speedwork at the track! 3 mile tempo followed by a quick break and then 1 mile at a faster pace. That last mile just felt mean, but I cranked it out.

Getting used to the heat - it's feels less hot (although we might have just had the benefit of a cool breeze today), although I definitely sweat enough to get problematically dehydrated if I'm not careful. Took a quick water break during my rest, but still felt dizzy and chilly during the last 600 or so of the last mile. Emptied the water bottle during my cool down, felt much better.

Cool down = 1 lap walk followed by stretching
