First time in the pool in over a year, and it felt like it. Definitely need to get used to swimming again and make sure I haven't lost any form. May see if I can find a clinic just as a refresher.
WU: 100 easy, 100 kick
MS: 4x200 in 4:00; 20-40 sec rest (started out as 20 sec rest, wound up being closer to 40 sec by the end)
CD: 50 kick, 50 catch-up drill, 100 easy
