Ride primarily at 1-2 zones on a rolling course. Mostly in saddle on hills to build & maintain hip strength. Small and big chain rings.
Good ride - course was a lot hillier than I intended. (Couldn't ride where I wanted to, ended up taking a detour that included a lot of big climbs). HR still jumps up pretty high on hills, but I'm starting to feel a lot stronger on the climbs
