Swim lesson to review stroke technique before I dig myself into any bad habits. Things to look for:
-Reach arms into water as far ahead of myself as I can, keeping high elbows
-Catch - don't let arm drop - kickboard and paddle drills
-Keep core/butt/inner thighs tight
-Strong pull -> faster arm turnover
-Head position when breathing - keep eyes down
-Pull with arms under body, not out to side
