Took Tuesday and Wednesday off. Kept today as a relatively easy run in HR zones 2-3 - no zone 4. Ran on a mostly flat course, walked up hills. Legs feeling a little better as long as I don't try to run up any big hills :-) I'll try to take it easy on the hills for a while, see if that helps.
