Long run -- so run easy for 2 hours - about 12:30 - 13 min/imle

Problems with PF pain in left heel - started about 1 mile in to the run and quickly got worse. Cut run short at 2 miles - it wasn't getting any better and I didn't want to seriously hurt anything. Ice and stretching tonight.
