Probably my best workout of the year. Started out at 6:40 pace for 10 miles (9.0 mph on TM) then ran 6:18 (9.6 mph) for mile 11 and 5:52 (10.2 mph) for final mile. Felt good to finally be able to push a sub-6:00 mile at the end of a workout and not feel like I was going to die. For the first time this year I deem this workout worthy of a "Woof" rating.
