Notes
Nice run w/ Scott Bosch, Tim Podas and Bryan Grose around lakes Calhoun and Harriet. Parked 1 mile away from where we were meeting to allow for some extra miles. Decided to run one more fast lap around Calhoun after finishing with the guys. Ran the last 3 miles at 6:15 and felt pretty good.
