Absolute nightmare of a run. First 6 miles felt good but then after that it was like falling down a mountain. I had to stop and walk a few times. I don't know why. I brought a water bottle with me to stay hydrated. It was also windy out which just added to the death-march. Oh well, I need to forget about this run and move on.
