Ran with Aaron Rodgers today in Beaverton. Body felt great and I was happy to be feeling much better lately with my running. We had a good time running the Triax loop and picked it up to 5:20-30's pace during the stretch down Jenkins Rd. I felt really relaxed and strong the whole time and Aaron looked good too. Weather was perfect and felt good with a slight breeze.
