Fun workout on the treadmill at the gym. Today I did my hill gradient ladder workout @ 6:35 pace with an added segment at the bottom of the ladder of 3-4 minute interval (flat)at 5:30-42 pace. The hill intervals were at 1.5-4.5%. Did the workout continuous with the recovery period at 6:48 pace for 2 minutes. Body felt very strong today and was encouraged by the results. I liked this new flavor to the hill workout. It hits every system in one workout. The workout portion was just over 35 minutes. This type of workout will bring fast fitness results.
