Terrible run today in FG. Although my body felt decent, it was Extremely cold out and the wind made it worse. About 6.5 miles into the run I noticed that my groin was hurting bad because of the cold wind. I kind of panicked a little and was forced to pick up the tempo to get to the car as fast as I could. It made the run painful and seem long and drawn out. I never want to experience that again in my life. Next time I will stick a sock down there or something. DAMN WIND & COLD!!!!
