Helluva easy long run with Billy this morning at the Banks/Vernonia Trail. First half we took really slow, 2nd half we picked it up a bit. Last 1.5 miles I picked up the pace even more and kicked it in a little. Not a hammer day like I'm accustomed too on most long run days there. Body felt great today and we had absolutely perfect weather. Enjoyed the journey and great company!
