Workout on the treadmill at the gym. Did 3 x 2 miles @ 5:43-49 pace w/ 800m recoveries @ 6:58 pace. Body felt good for the most part. Last interval set I got a little crazy and increased the pace for the last .6 miles eventually cutting it down too 4:50 pace for the last .2 miles. Did the cooldown mile a bit fast (for a cooldown) starting at 6:40 pace and cutting down to 6:15 pace. Overall solid workout.
