Interval workout with Phil on the Bethany AC indoor track! First time doing intervals with him. It went well. Actually ran the legitimate distance. It was hard running 800's in the 2:40's. I used to be able to do these 10 seconds faster. Played basketball afterward with Phil in the gym. Great way to end a workout!
