Nice bike ride out on the Hornecker/GunClub/Cornelius Shefflin/Long Rd./Hobbs Loop. Felt good coming off of my hard tempo 10 miler earlier in the day. Solid day of training doing both. I think I get a lot out of both running and biking together. Definately feel strong despite only running half the mileage I used too! I figure today was worth atleast 14 miles of hard running...
