Today's workout: 10 min Bike warmup + 2 x 2 mi alternating 800's FAST (5:42-5:25 pace) w/ moderate (6:38 pace). I also threw in 5 mins bike in between the 2 mile segment and after the last one so 20 mins bike total. Then I did 1 mile easy w/ 1 x .25 @ 4:47 pace to test my hamstrings reaction to speed. I felt great during the workout and it got challenging at the end. The 4:47 quarter did aggravate my hamstring which pissed me off. I wanted to do another quarter but decided against it. Atleast I got a solid 5 miles in + 20 mins of cycling.
