Easy run + 2 x dynamic hill drills. 100m skips (uphill) + 100m butt kicks + 100m high knees + 100m bounds + 50m one legged hops. Drills definately wore me out and were interesting to do. Got bit by a dog on plumee rd. at the barn house by Puma Dr. Dogs were restrained by two kids that were on the property. This marks the second time I've had an incident with those dogs at that location. Bite was very minor and not an issue. I completed my run as usual. Had to call the county non-emergency line and report the incident to the police. Hopefully, this will neutralize this problem once and for all.
