Another great workout with Chuck at Duniway track. Warmed up with 3 miles on Terwilliger and then hit the track. Workout was 8 x 1000m w/ 400m jog recoveries. Pace was to be in between 10K-15K race pace. Chuck is racing the Pints to Pasta race on sunday and I am coaching him. Intervals went good and felt progressively harder like they should. Never felt unmanageable though and I was suprised how well I held up considering how low key my training has been of late. Chuck looked good as well. Had fun and good to run with a friend again.
