Ran with Shawn up at Fairmount Dr. Awesome run!!! Scenery was great. Did 2 loops and then tacked on a few more minutes. Wasn't going to run today because of my break but decided to since Shawn was in town. I promise I wont run again for another week. Hips hurt a little bit afterward.
Early in the morning I went out to North Plains and watched Helen win the Garlic Festival 10K in 40:15!!! Not bad considering it was a hilly course. She was 2 seconds off her collegiate track PR!!! (Gabe won the Men's race in 34:22) I did some running around the area there which I factored into the day's mileage.
