Easy solo run on Banks/Vernonia. Beautiful weather today! Ran most of the run without a shirt it was so nice. In the middle of January?! Started at Buxton Trailhead and went out to Tophill and back. Ran most of the run on the bark chip trail. Body felt relatively good. A few times I felt sluggish though. Not 100% but then again I did some speed yesterday.
