Notes
Easy run across the hwy and back. Rainy weather held out for my run. Stomach felt a little weird for the first half. Must've been from the 2 glasses of wine I drank last night. Other than that my body felt good. Did 6 x 10 sec. hill sprints at the end of the run. Did not feel as fluid as I'd hoped. Must've been the wine again.
