Nice run with Kris and Liana at the Nike campus. Day before the Foot Traffic Flat Half so we just took it easy and jogged around campus. Liana had never been there before so we gave her the tour. Ran to the inner soccer field and did 4 x 100m strides barefoot. Felt really good and had fun. Then we ran to the track and did a lap and went back to the car.
