Putting the finishing touches on my preparation for the Sauvie Half-Marathon. 4 days out and I decided it would be good to throw in some fast interval work with plenty of recovery to sharpen up. Haven't done much work at these paces in a long time. Body felt ok for the workout. Still feel like I'm too heavy and not smooth. Nice to still be able to hit mid 2:20's for 800 repeats.
