Awesome run with Billy and Helen at Lacamas Lake on the Heritage Trail. I really like it out there. Great views, soft surface. It was nice to be able to keep up with everybody and run long again. HR stayed within easy run levels. I did notice that at the end my body was getting tired. Its been a long time since I've ran that far. Weather actually turned good and it was very pleasant. Did 2 down and backs on the trail. Will return in the future, Much better alternative too Leif although it is a bit of a farther drive.
