Hare Field

Notes

PM workout on the track at Hare field. Body felt good after the long run this morning so I decided to do one of my rare double workout days. It was really windy down the homestretch of the track. Threw in the 200's after the mile repeats and I'm glad I did. Need to teach my body to run fast again!
