Nice morning run with Billy & Aaron Rogers in the Helvetia area. Met at West Union elementary school and did a 9 mile loop on country roads. Last mile ran around a neat little bark chip trail on the school campus. Body felt great today. Route was very hilly with hills nearly every mile. Definitely a strength building run. Part of the run follows the Helvetia Half-Marathon course. Was originally suppose to do 16 but Billy's knee was hurting so we capped it at 10. Saw a lot of cyclists. Great to have the guys to run with again.
