Helen baited me into an evening run after we got back from Olive Garden in Salem (with her parents and Nate & Theresa). Said she doesn't feel good when she skips running. I never thought I'd see the day when she'd be ok with running so late into the evening on a work night. She's the one who will not run after 5pm. It was actually a nice evening and a good run. Haven't ran this late in a long time myself. Ran down Hart Rd. to 170th to Oak St. to Davis & Murray. Took it easy of course. Glad to get the mileage in.
