Nice long run today on Lief. Wanted to run it at somewhat of a tempo effort. Body felt decent so I went for it. Saw Ryan, Helen, Holly, Liz, Annie on the trail today. Seems like I'm always seeing the usual suspects on a sunday morning up there. First half in 1:03, second half in 1:00 !!! Last couple miles body felt invincible and no matter how hard I ran I did not tire. This is definately a great sign. Weather was perfect except for a bit of a drizzle in the middle of the run. Middle part of the run I had a rough patch but it went away after a mile or two. Trail mostly dry with a few muddy spots. Good effort today and this might be the fastest 20 miler I've done on Leif to date.
