Ran in the Hillsboro All Comers Track meet 3000m race. Won it in 11:20 and then did another 210m to get the 2 extra miles. Legs of course felt spent during the 'race' due to my heavy mileage for the day. Other than that it was nice to keep the tradition alive.
**Later in the evening at home I ran an extra .3 miles around the neighborhood block to get my 20 miles for the day!
