Felt good today out at Forest Park. Ran the Wildwood/Maple Loop. Ran into a former PRC coworker Kristen (old manager) and chatted with her and her husband for a bit before the run. Nice to see her again. Another perfect running weather day. Trails is great shape. Bridge is still down on Maple though.
