Moderate run after work from Helens. Went out and back on brockman & the paved Greenway trail towards Tigard. Nice day for a run but with a little wind. Body felt pretty good so I decided to throw in 4 x 10 sec hill sprints up Secretariat Rd. Nice effort today.
