Great run with Liana and Shawn on the trail. Parked at Stub Stewart and ran towards Vernonia. Don't get to run that section much so it was nice being able to take them out there. It was gorgeous as usual and we got to run nearly the entire thing on the bark chip trail. Body felt good however my hip started hurting some due to the uneven surface on the bark chip trail. Perfect christmas eve run with good friends!!!
