Great bike ride in the books. Felt strong today on my run so I decided to go for a solid ride out on the country roads of Cornelius. Went out and did the Iowa Hils Rd/Dober/Reidweig/Golf Course Rd Loop. Had 2 solid hill climbs during the ride that got my heart rate pretty high and challenged me. The rest was fairly easy and flat with some good tempo efforts. Scenery was great. I love riding out there. Lots of wheat fields, large reservoirs, and good views of Mt. Hood and the valley.
