Nice day for a run. Body felt very good despite the warm temperature and sun. I was suprised how absolutely easy I felt. The pace required almost no effort at all. I never pushed the pace and just wanted to keep it easy in prep for my 5K time trial on saturday. Hopefully, all goes well.
