Moderate effort long run today at Leif. Ran into Dave Harkin before the run and ended up running 6.5 miles out with him. Nice to have some company during the beginning stage of the run. Body felt a little bloated for the first half of the run and had some stomach aches which sucked. Not sure what the deal is, maybe mom's marionberry-raspberry cobler last night (I ate a lot). Last 5 miles or so the stomach aches gradually went away and I felt decent again. Picked up the pace considerably and finished strong. Saw several other people I knew out there, Ryan Heal (PRC coworker), Holly Hight (PRC coworker and one of my athlete's) Annie Kawasaki (Nike rep), and some Bowerman Athletic people including Ian Gillespie (former PRC coworker, 13:18 5Ker GBR). Weather was gorgeous!!!
