First Cornelius Area Run of 2015!!! Felt nice to be able to run from home again on my old routes. It was a beautiful day and it felt like a classic Cornelius area run across the hwy and back. Listened to Myon & Shane 54 the whole time like usual. Body felt great so I tried to push the pace for most of the run.
