Solid workout today in FG. Today's workout: 2 x 4 mile @ Half-marathon pace to Marathon pace w/ 1 mile jog recovery. Body felt good during the workout and I definately finished each interval feeling strong & more in the tank. A major hinderance today was the wind. For one stretch of the course it was absolutely terrible and cost me some time for sure. I am pissed off that yet again wind has to slow me down during another workout.
