Workout felt brutal and tough. Started off fast and settled into the pace 15 seconds into the interval. 2nd minute definately the toughest as the incline increases substantially. This hill combined with the strong wind made sure it extracted every ounce of effort from my body without any forgiveness. Had to take an extra couple seconds recovery between intervals during the 2nd half of the session due to increased effort because of the wind. Last interval felt the strongest for some reason and was my best. Cooled down around the nearby neighborhood. Overall I'm happy with my effort given the conditions. Each interval was done at an average of 5:34 pace so it ended up being slightly slower than 5K pace.
