Ran with Mark Boen today. Started with 800m warmup around Hare Field and then paced Mark for a 3K. Finishing time for me was 10:38, Mark, 10:39-40. 3K felt relaxed and strong. After run, Mark and I did another 5.18 out through the Glencoe neighborhoods. Good solid run & picked it up a bit at the end. Weather a little chilly but not a bad friday workout. Did another 800m once I got home on the roads to finish the day out with 8.
